 The holiday season is over and life is moving its wheels towards the normal routines: the hectic jobs, the less sleep, and the tiredness are back but worry not! I have got your back, I am back with this month’s things to do in Bakersfield for my readers, watchers, and clients!  

Bakersfield is always booming with activities and even if the holiday season is over, the things to do never stop here. So, like always, I have compiled a list for you with a list of activities for everyone.

 After munching on amazing feasts on Christmas, I think it’s time to burn off those calories and go for a walk.

This is a perfect event for those who want to shed light on their fitness. Starting with the discussion about your health with the on-site healthcare provider, this walk will last an hour.

Here you can walk, and chat with others, all at your own pace. So head over to River Walk Part Amphitheater on 11 January 2024 at 5 PM but before that register at walkwithadoc.org

Are you up for a fresh breeze? Well, a nature hike is the way to go! Wind Wolves Preserve is hosting a free hike on 14-Jan-2024 from 10 am to 12 PM. 

So head to Wind Wolves Preserve by taking the free ride that is offered by Wind Wolves Preserve.

For ages six and up, this is a perfect event to blend with nature. Don’t bring any strollers and make sure to bring shades, sunscreen, etc. The entry is free and the reporting is at around 9:45 PM.

Vietnamese spring rolls are truly amazing and can bedazzle your taste buds with their unique taste. The shrimp and pork roles require culinary expertise to make it perfectly.

This class is perfect for all of you home chefs or professional chefs out there who want to tap into the Vietnamese Spring Roll market.

FastTimes 80’s Concert Experience @ Bakersfield Music Hall of Fame

Your kids are a fan of Disney characters? Well, this is the perfect event for your kids. Enjoy Disney characters walking around and get to meet the voice behind your favorite characters.

Get your autographs, pictures, and much more. The admission is only $12 and it’s free for children under 12. So, I think it’s perfect for your children!

The event is happening at the Kern County Fairgrounds on 27th Jan between 10 AM to 5 PM

The event also offers a fashion show where the trends will be highlighted for the years 2024 and 2025.

Cult & Classics: Butch Cassidy & Sundance Kid @ Bakersfield Fox Theater 29/1 – 6PM

Are you a fan of watching movies? This January 29th, Bakersfield Fox Theater as always brings this renowned film from the 1960s named Cult & Classics: Butch Cassidy & Sundance Kid. 

The movie will be up at 6 pm in the theater and the ticket is only $5. Don’t forget to take the bucket of popcorn with you.
